While you're at it, get them to fix the pointer records:

$ host 66.246.48.57
Name: ip-addr-66-246-48-57.qnoc.net
Address: 66.246.48.57

$ host 66.246.48.58
Name: ip-addr-66-246-48-58.qnoc.net
Address: 66.246.48.58

Those should be ns1.elshost.com and ns2.elshost.com.
