What Johann said is completely accurate. Speaking for the ZA NiC
admins, this has nothing to do with us whatsoever. One can only
assume that "pavel3" has got us confused with somebody else.

Having said that, if anyone is ever approached to pay for za.net
or za.org domains and services in this fashion - please do let us
know as soon as possible so that we can investigate. You can always
get hold of us at hostmaster@xxxxxx
