[FreeDNS] How many requests must I make before you will help me?

I have tried 4 times to change the details for gge.za.net. I cannot explain why but I do not get an email asking me to confirm my request for change. Please help.

 

I have been trying since October 2005 to try and change the contact details and dns server details of  gge.za.net  but every time I get your message returned

 

"Domain modification/deletion rejected - request not validated within time limit.

Please see point 11 of http://www.za.net/faq.html"

 

I can now confirm that I do NOT get a confirmation email from you and therefore cannot confirm my change request. I have confirmed our spam blocker does not block your email. I can only suspect there is something wrong. Please can you look into why I am not getting the email.

 

 

At the end of last year it took nearly two months before the change requests were processed (Too long folks!) and I am way behind on getting these sites up and running. Please can I ask you to make this a priority. Can someone email me and we can start a dialog. stwyk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 

 

Once again, Please, I really need to ask if you can prioritise this request. I cannot wait another month or two.
