recent faked mails to this list

Joy oh joy. My apologies for people who have received emails with
the subject line of something like "Re: [FreeDNS] ***UNCHECKED***
Re:" from this list recently.  We've had loads of problems with
email sent from faked originators coming through mailing lists
recently (this list already only allows posts emails from subscriber
addresses).

I've turned this list into a moderated-posting list for the time
being and will vet every post by hand before it goes out.

Again, my apologies.
