[FreeDNS] [HOWTO] Domain with dynamic IP

I would like to register a domain with dynamic IP.
I can do it with cjb.net (a simple shell script connects to the server
and updated the IP), but I would like to have no advertisings.

I've read in previous threads that I need za.net (for the domain), plus
centralinfo and yi.org, but I can't understand the role of these two
last services.

Could you help me?
