[FreeDNS] modify request problems

How can I get a Modify completed?  I have sent several modify requests from
the mail address on the domain registration and every one has been rejected.
I have never received a ticket request or anything form za.net.

I have even gone as far as trying to contact someone with regards to thi s
and have not had any joy whatsoever.  I must have done a modify request at
least 12 times now.  Am\ny help would be appreciated.
