I'm assuming you're doing this from the web form?

The WebForm doesn't work.

you need to ftp the file from here
http://www.za.net/template.txt
Fill it in, and send it off to
auto-dbm@xxxxxx
just make sure you send it from the e-mail addy that is registered as the
admin e-mail on the domain ie: mbrez@xxxxxxxxxx

that should then fix your problem.
