[FreeDNS] DNS Update Failed

I keep getting this error when trying to modify my domain (mbrez.za.net)

DNS Form Submission Result
The admin email address you specified: '' does not look like a valid
email address to me. Please go back and fix this error, then resubmit
the form.

If anyone out there could edit my dns the new primary should be:
ns.bytehosting.com
and secondary should be ns1.granitecanyon.com
