Hi Samuel and others, It is not so much about whether we know the pros or cons.... the fact is that sooner or later things need to change on the Internet and we cannot always plan these changes weeks in advance. Another fact is that our lives (as well as those of our customers that WE look after) begin to rely to a greater or lesser extent on Internet services..... When things go wrong life can be quite miserable and waiting (up to 5 WEEKS in my case) for updates to happen makes it much worse. This is especially bad in the light of _several_ offers of assistance in processing the update queue*. Also what happened to the suggestion of a 'premium' service (at say ~R50/year - which I will GLADLY pay) to ensure updates within say 48/72 hours.... ?? It is no good telling us "it takes a long time" when there have been these offers of assistance and other solutions. If the normal waiting time was less than 7 days that would be OK - but it is not. Now - I renew my offer to assist and I am sure that other offers of assistance still stand. Thanks for what is already done -- it is appreciated! Regards Roger * I am well aware that this cannot be done by just any Tom, Dick or Harry and would require a level of ability AND responsibility.
