Hi Justin,

 

Jip you have summed it up. I have set up a friends domain a few months ago and by the time za.net checked the domain it was not resolving. So I am starting from scratch - So what I have decided to do is to keep my eye on the q and go back to mydomain to request an update when I get closer to the front of the q???!! We must keep in mind that this is a volunteer service - so Thanx guys.

Hi there Steve,

 

Help desk support... there's no "help desk" for ZA.NET, but the guys on the list sure are helpful. :-)

 

Problem with MYDOMAIN.COM is that they only activate your zone on their servers once they detect the zone resolving to their DNS servers, which then conflicts with ZA.NET requiring the DNS servers be correctly set up prior to your request being submitted...
