RE: [FreeDNS] Nameservers

No, all .za.net does is delegate nameservers to someone else.  You can get this service from www.zoneedit.com, www.ultradns.com, www.granitecanyon.com and many others.   You can also set up a well connected server (just Google it) and run your own DNS service, with secondaries at other locations to increase your DNS reliability.  I would suggest trying www.zoneedit.com. They have an easy to use interface, don't charge for the first 5 domains, and offer a good service.  (With .za.net domain youhave to email them once they're set up, to get the zone activated)

Otoh the organisation you bought the reseller hosting package from should be able to advise you on how to proceed.

Subject: [FreeDNS] Nameservers

Hi There

I have recently purchased a reseller hosting package and am in the process of setting up private nameservers for the package. I would like to know what steps I must go through in order to do this, and indeed whether this is possible with the .za.net registrar.

Thanks for your help.
David
