Hey Nyaniso,

Seems that you don't have the IP addresses matching the FQDN of the
name servers:

[1] XXXXXXX@kenya:~ $ nslookup ns1.bestptrhosting.com
Server:         XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Address:        XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   ns1.bestptrhosting.com
Address: 69.93.38.194

whereas the form you have attached claims that ns1.bestptrhosting.com
is at 72.36.165.234.

For registration to suceed you have to have the correct FQDN and the
matching IP address on the registraton form.
