If you're suicidal enough, you can search for the template on
www.networksolutions.com. Last time I checked I couldn't find it on their
http:// links, but found it on ftp.networksolutions.com somewhere. There's
no cost involved, and no prerequisites (although if I were you I'd use an
email address that won't change). Sounds like an arb warning, but for some
reason, so many people change primary email address so often lately.
