c) applies to anybody. Besides which, the mailing list (Or the administrator
thereof) should know better than to accept messages with attachments.
There's no reason for it on a list like this, and there's DEFINITELY no
reason to accept executable attachments.

Not like he's doing it on purpose, it's the newest melissa clone.
He can only be held responsible for
a) running windoze
b) running outlook
c) being stupid enough to run unknown attachments.
