pagan.za.net.		4H IN NS	196.4.160.2.
pagan.za.net.		4H IN NS	196.4.160.8.

Those are apollo.is.co.za and hermes.is.co.za.  They should be
names, not IP addresses.

If the domains is not hosted by IS, you have more than one
problem :)
