I agree with your statement, but to me that somehow means I have to
agree with Colin. :-)
I don't think (correct me if I'm wrong) that anyone officially
affiliated with ZA NiC has ever used the "it's a free service; stop
moaning" line. Instead, this is generally done by individuals not
connected with the service, who tend to point this out as a sort of
public service announcement. :-)
That said, if you're having any sort of issue with the service, this
list is obviously the correct forum to address it.
