[FreeDNS] Adding Nameservers to registrar

Dear Sirs and Madams

Perhaps someone can shed light on this problem.

My Client has two nameservers, ns1.primedia.za.net and
ns2.primedia.za.net.
He also has .com and .net domains hosted with register.com and
networksolutions.com. When we enter the nameservers details at either
registrar the nameservers are rejected on account "they say" that the
nameservers are not registered with verisign or any other global
registry. We can however update to other nameservers as long as they do
not have a .za.net extension. Has anyone else encountere this problem
and if so what do we do about it.

Please assist if you have any ideas as to why this is happening. We are
getting no joy form the registrars, they say register the nameservers
and verisign say , ask you registrar.
