Hi

 

1) Make sure your ISP has configured the dns for your domain before you send your tickets

 

2) Wait an hour or two before you panic, and then resubmit your ticket, because sometimes there seems to be a propagation period.

 

3) Most important - use a South African ISP who knows about reverse dns.

I keep getting the same error on different name servers. The error is as follows : Your NEW request for earn-money-online-free.za.net has been rejected for the following reason(s):

ERROR: Nameserver ns1.netfirms.com is not authoritative for earn-money-online-free.za.net

ERROR: Nameserver ns2.netfirms.com is not authoritative for earn-money-online-free.za.net

What can I do to fix this?
