in order for .za.net domains to work , you actually need to specify them as
A records on the nameserver you wish to use

Jan,

whoever is responsible for configuring ns1.felxi.com and ns2.felxi.com ,
please ask them to add A records for ns1 and ns2 with ip addresses as above
