Mmmm, good question.

Perhaps another thing of note is the "disappearing" carriage-returns on the Technical Contact 
fields in the returned message after requesting an modification?

Perhaps their mechanism is broken?

Any ideas how I could go about adding an extra secondary DNS server to domains?
