[FreeDNS] problem registering swg.za.net

[fingers <fingers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

hi there

there seems to be a problem with a domain i'm trying to register which I
don't seem to understand. the domain in question is swg.za.net.

error message:

Your NEW request for swg.za.net has been rejected for the following
reason(s):

ERROR: Nameserver snow.fingers.co.za is not authoritative for swg.za.net

ERROR: Nameserver reaper.org is not authoritative for swg.za.net
</snip>

I can successfully do a zone transfer from anywhere to either of those
nameservers and get a full copy of the zone. a 'dnswalk' shows no errors
either. I've registered bunches of these before and never had much hassle.
perhaps i'm missing the obvious.

any assistance would be appreciated.
