Good evening,

I have a 128Kbit Diginet link to my ISP with a 64Kbit International
component.

What is practical Bandwidth one should obtain?

After extensive measurements I find I get approximately 75 to 80% of both
the 128 and 64. I had assumed one got the Bandwidth specified but maybe I am
wrong?

Anyone with help on this matter would be appreciated.
