[FreeDNS] Well done that man

Mike Lawrie has shown again that he is a worthy and responsible DNS 
administrator with his eye firmly fixed to the primary goal of stability. 
He has moved the primary DNS for the .za ccTLD offshore to prevent 
government interference in the stability of the domain.
