Hi Christiaan,

Thank you very much for the feedback.  I got a confirmation last night that
our details have now been updated successfully and when I did the whois,
everything looked OK.  Thanks a lot for the help.

There's been some slight changes to the way we process manual
modifications. You just need to change one or two details on the
template form before submitting it.
