[FreeDNS] Updates and defunct e-mail addresses

Hello,

I would like to modify the DNS and Technical Contact details for our
domain, CHKNHD.ZA.NET.  Unfortunately, since the original registration, my
e-mail address on that registration has become defunct.  I successfully
sent a fax to the number listed in the FAQ a couple of days ago, but at the
moment I've not yet been able to perform my modification.  I get the error:

Modify or Delete request not received from a valid contact for this domain.

which leads me to believe that the advance fax confirmation has not yet
been processed.  Does anyone have any idea how long this normally takes?
