[FreeDNS] what does someone have to do to get a reponse?

To the administrators of these domain names.

I have been trying since mid march to update my domain http://www.lamb.za.net  I have sent several modify requests and have been rejected every time supposedly because the owner (me) has not accepted any tickets.  I have not received the at lamox303@xxxxxxxxxxxx

I have sent several mails explaining the situation and have never had any reply...what kind of service is this?  I would really like to get this sorted out as soon as possible.

Please advise me as to how to get this fixed!
