I know it's a longshot, expecting you to read and all, but if you don't
want to be on this list, go to
http://www.plig.net/mailman/listinfo/freedns, scroll all the way down to
the bottom, enter your email address next to the "edit options" button,
then click the button, click "edit options"

on the page that will load, click "email me my password". Once you receive
your password, enter it at the top of that page, and you'll be
unsubscribed.
