[FreeDNS] I don't understand

I  wanted to register domain place.za.net and you've said that
it is restricted to organisations with a presence in South Africa. But on
your web pages you have not said that this orgs must be in SA.
Not in FAQ, not in Policy, so may you explain why have you rejeced
my registration?
