[FreeDNS] Domain

Hello,

I try to register domain erbel.za.net, but I'm getting messages like this:

"Your request has been rejected due to the following reasons:

Registration restricted to organisations with a presence in South Africa."

I'm from Poland (Europe), not Africa... Where is the problem?
