What he said.  Also, in my experience you're unlikely to be rejected unless
there's some technical difficulty with your nameservers (in which case the
domain wouldn't have worked anyway) or you are contravening the ZA NiC
policy[*] in some obvious fashion (unlikely, since ZA NiC sets out to be as
egalitarian as possible).
