[FreeDNS] Invalid e-mail address preventing update

I need to help a client update his domain. The e-mail address for the admin
and tech contact (my client) on record is invalid, because of a spelling
error. How can we update the domain without having access to the e-mail
address on record.

My enquiry to info@xxxxxxxxxx has not generated any response.

Any help will be appreciated.
