[FreeDNS] Typical newbie question

Hi

I am trying to get my DNS set up with granite canyon and I have looked over 
there example a few times but can't figure out how to get it to work with a 
subdomain (www.myname.za.net). The site will be hosted on a Verio VPS and I 
assume that I will just need to add a VirtualHost container in apache's 
httpd.conf. Please could someone who has set up with ZA-NIC and Grabite 
Canyon send me the info that they have in their RR field for GC.
