[FreeDNS] Problem registering a domain with za.org

I'm having a real problem registering a domain with za.org.  I signed up for
web hosting from surfxpress.com.  They said they could host my za.org
subdomain.  But when I try to register with za.org, I get nameserver errors:

ERROR: Nameserver dns.sxpress.com could not find obmm.za.org

ERROR: Nameserver ns.garlic.com could not find obmm.za.org


Here's what they told me when I signed up for web hosting

Note:  Please point obmm.za.org to 207.202.64.13

Thank you for choosing SurfXpress as your Internet Service Provider.  We
have setup an account for you with the following specifications:

Account Type:  Virtual Domain (Web Hosting) Account
Username:      xxxxxx
Password:      xxxxxxx
E-mail:        bsmucker@xxxxxxxxxxx

Per your request, we have also setup a virtual domain with the following
specification:

URL:           http://obmm.za.org
Disk Quota:    5 MB


Hostnames:

E-mail Server:     mail.sxpress.com
FTP Server (UNIX): ftp.sxpress.com

DNS Server:        dns.sxpress.com

Could someone please help?  I'm quite a DNS newbie, so I don't know what's
going on.  Is there something I'm missing?
