Just an SOA record, and two NS records ought to do it - make sure that the
secondary knows who its primary is and that the prim knows about the sec...

The if you are using a UN*X box I suggest you test your setup with the
little dnswalk utility - which you should be able to track down on the net
somewhere with minimal effort...
