He has indeed, but is back now. ;)    We'll work through the backlog
as quickly as possible, sorry about the delays.

It is all automated right up to the last step where someone has to
look at a webpage and click a button to activate the domain.

Unfortunately we have to do this to keep out some of the more insane
registrations.
