Not really, if you want promises and SLAs, buy a co.za or a .com.
I think you misunderstood me. The point I'm making is not that za.net should "deliver or else", but that those who make excuses for za.net should not do so by implying that za.net does not care about its customers. 

I also disagree with the point you're making, but that's not the issue here.
