Recently new jobs and changed personal circumstances have been
taking its toll on the admins I'm afraid. But I know, it's all just
excuses excuses! ;)

The good news is that I finally got round to writing instructions
for the admin tool that looks after the registration backend.
Hopefully that means we can now expand the number of people looking
after the queue to more than just the few of us that were doing it
before.

I circulated it today and if the new volunteers can understand it
things should quickly get better.
