Added security features

As mentioned a few days ago, we have been working on ways to make
domain modifications and deletions more secure. These changes have
now been completed and are in use as of tonight.

The auto-dbm system will still check that the template was mailed
from a current valid contact for the domain name as per the whois
records and automatically reject the request if it was not.

In addition to this, after submitting the request, the contact will
now receive an email with some instructions on how to validate the
request. These instructions need to be followed within 5 days of
making the request. If 5 days pass without a valid verification
from the person who submitted the request, the request will be
rejected.

We appreciate that this introduces an extra step into the modification
process and will take some extra effort but we hope the added
security and peace of mind that goes with it will make up for it.
