Hi Andre,

I think the admins of felxi.com have in fact updated the zone and it might
be just cached. Look at the zone serial number below.

$ host -t soa felxi.com ns1.felxi.com
felxi.com               SOA     ns1.felxi.com f_l_u_x.msn.com (
                        2003112504      ;serial (version)
                        28800   ;refresh period (8 hours)
                        7200    ;retry interval (2 hours)
                        3600000 ;expire time (5 weeks, 6 days, 16 hours)
                        86400   ;default ttl (1 day)
                        )

And you can see below that ns1.felxi.com and ns2.felxi.com are in fact
resolving.

$ host ns1.felxi.com
ns1.felxi.com           A       66.90.71.211
$ host ns2.felxi.com
ns2.felxi.com           A       66.90.71.243

you need to create 2 A records for your nameservers, for example :

ns1       IN        A        66.90.71.211
ns2       IN        A        66.90.71.243
