It basically says that running FreeDNS has become too much work,
and that from April it'll cost 25 euro/year for a domain, and
75 euro/year extra for a web hosting package.

Besides the fact that it's highly improbable that FreeDNS admin
would send such a message in German, and charge in euros, that
address doesn't look right, and the website has no mention of
of such a change.
