Go to:

  http://www.za.net/mailman/listinfo/freedns

Right at the very bottom, fill in your subscribed email address and
click "Edit Options".  A new form will appear, which will include an
"Email my password to me" button.

Once you have this password, you can unsubscribe from this same form.
