Looks like clueless political correctness to me. DNS-wise, 
 http://www.upfrontsystems.af.co.za
 http://www.upfrontsystems.en.co.za
are worlds apart. And how about 
 http://www.prontstelsels.ko.af.za == http://www.upfrontsystems.co.en.za
and other absurdities if this is followed to its logical conclusion .. 

DNS was never meant to catalogue natural languages.
