Maybe I am an idiot, or else I'll say obvious things. EIther way, sorry. .Za.Net and ZA.ORG aren't .ZA domain names. They are .NET an .ORG subdomains. They were registered exactly I would register mycompany.com. I assume that the S. Africa government won't/cannot make any claim on domains that belong to the .NET and .ORG TLDs. In fact these are meant to be international and .Za.Net/.Za.Org despite their appearence, are third level domains of international TLDs.
