so you probably right before the weekend ;)
as a volunteer, myself in related mattters (nom.za)
get the idea that most of us who do this kind of thing usually have full time 
contracted jobs that on average requires up to 18 hours a day, if not more 
for our bosses... but because we tend to be passionate about what we do, we 
spend even more time contributing where we can, often to the detriment of our 
family and extra-cyberspace social activity...

then most of the time we have to augment our offering with hand-holding 
support, because of the general sentiment among users; that because of the 
existence of techies, they do not need to develop any level of functional 
computer and internet literacy...

so and i think there are quite a number i can speak for in this regard. 
usually, we can run late rather regularly...

i'm sure christiaan and co. would agree with my plea for understanding that, 
the service exists in the first place, because we feel so strongly about what 
we do, that we make it as freely available for everyone else...

so respect and patience... 
and i'd personally recommend posting a public complaint only after personal 
and confidential comms has broken down...

heck, for something free, i'd wait a bloody month if necessary... that's 
what's normal even for a R2500 service from telkom...
