Maybe these nameservers had just not integrated the changes yes when you last
submitted the change request.  They now both respond as being authoritative
for medical.za.org, so you should be able to affect the change.  Try again.
:-)

Just FYI, your MX record for medical.za.org on ns{1,2}.centralinfo.net is
seriously screwed.
