[FreeDNS] Help me while I'm still sort of sane.

Allright, I have spent all night fruitlessly trying to do this. 
Between CNAME's and what have you's I've almost gone insane.

Could someone please give me simple english instructions for the 
following:
(When a full time Linux programmer says that, something is really 
difficult)

I wish to create for the Pretoria Linux Users Group our own domain:

current site: http://www.datadictator.co.za/plug

I own datadictator.co.za (though I did not register it myself) and I 
am willing
to host a domain mapper on my own (hosted) servers.

I wish to register plug.org.za (checked it - available) through the 
public nameservers mentioned on the website and make it map however I 
need to, to use the
domain mapping software.
