Here is a reply from the support person at surfxpress:  He says that his
server end of things is all ready and that I must have za.org do something.
He writes:


That's not the way to do it.  207.202.64.13 is not a nameserver.  It is just
the web server, you should have this line in the za.org domain file

obmm    IN    PTR 207.202.64.13

then, when you do a nsloopup obmm.za.org, with any DNS server, you will get
207.202.64.13

In order to add this line to the domain file, you have to get the sysadm
responsible for za.org to add this line and restart the dns server.

What's he saying?  I don't have the expertise to tell him what is wrong.
Maybe he has a bit of a misconception about how things should be set up.
Can anyone explain to me what exactly he's saying and what's wrong with it
(and perhaps where to go from here)?
