Interesting!  I have found this discussion helpful.  Here is my solution at:

Use Granite Canyon for PDNS & Sdns (See their faq about unpublished)
Use one of the free email hosting sites on the web:

www.everyone.net
www.bigmailbox.com

there are a few others.  It seems to work thus far.

Alan, I would like more info on setting up my own PDNS server in w98 or NT.

Any info would help.
