I should be able to handle the technical aspects, but my time will be
limited for the next few months.  By the end of the year when I have more
time I should also - touch wood - have my own network to play with so that
we can have widely distributed primaries and secondaries.

I'll be willing to donate my time at that (rather unspecified) point, but if
anyone wants to run with this so long...  be my guest.  :-)
